We publish our charges in writing before the move starts. A free survey, on site or over video, sets the volume, the floor and the packing list, and the quote that follows lists material, labour, transport and insurance as separate lines. The price in the quote is the price on the bill unless you add an item or change the date.
The company works with valid transport registrations and the vehicles we use are commercially registered for interstate work. Household goods travel under transit insurance, and declared high value items are listed on the inventory at their replacement value. Our crews carry ID cards, the loading equipment is checked before every job, and fragile items like glass, mirrors and appliances get double-wall cartons and corner guards.
Families come back to us because the quote does not move, the crew arrives on the stated day and one person owns the file. We do not ask for full payment upfront, we take a booking advance and settle the balance after delivery. Claims, if any, are handled against the inventory sheet and the insurance copy, and we answer on the same number from the first call to the last carton.
